Vietnamese Contemporary Artist

Minh is a Vietnam-based multidisciplinary artist whose work spans painting (multiple styles), sculpture, fashion and writing with a practice built on exploration, experimentation, and cultural storytelling. Essentially, Minh is a surrealist painter.

Over the past 7 years, he has worked in various creative and visual arts fields, learning from books, short courses, YouTube, and the Internet, experimenting with different materials: graphic design, photography, wood carving, animation, and finally, painting.

Minh paints to move people, to tell stories about a surreal world. Some notable projects include: 365 Portraits 2023, 365 Motorcycles 2020, numerous murals around Hoi An and Da Nang, and active participation in the underground art scene.

Most recently, he created over 30 works featuring the "Cowcycle" character in various styles.
